She joined the family, just to be a pet... yeah, right. By the time she'd been with us for about a year, we were already traveling around Finland with two Dandies, going to roughly 20 shows a year! She definitely changed our lives for good by taking us to meet other Dandie owners and dog enthusiasts in general. Salli was a wonderfully happy companion, who remained a little girl until the end of her days. She might well be the only Dandie in Finland who competed (with some success, even!) in Obedience. Agility was fun, too, but her construction wasn't too well suited for it. Salli had two rather large litters, altogether 13 puppies, and 6 of them became Champions. |
